- A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent has been killed and another shot in the arm and leg during an attack in Mexico.

- Cambodia Wants Regional Observers to Monitor Border

- Cambodia says it will ask the Southeast Asian regional grouping ASEAN to send observers to monitor a disputed area on the Thai-Cambodian frontier where at least 10 people have been killed in cross-border artillery shelling this month.
