- Chinese Military Leader Heads to Washington

- China's state news agency says a top Chinese military leader is heading to Washington for talks with U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. The Xinhua news agency says Guo Boxiong, vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission, left Beijing late Sunday.
